We know you will love our accessories; however, because all items are handcrafted, we understand that problems can occur. If something should break due to a manufacturing defect or if a finish wears off unexpectedly in the timeframe outlined above, please complete the form below and we will contact you to discuss the issue. We are not be responsible for damages due to negligence, improper care, or acts of God. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
