We know you will love our accessories; however, because the majority of our items are handcrafted, we understand that problems can occur. If something should break due to a manufacturing defect or if a finish wears off unexpectedly within one year on jewelry and 30 days on all other items, please complete the form below and we will contact you promptly to discuss the issue.
We are not responsible for damages due to negligence, improper care, alien attack, superhero damage, sun flares, or acts of God. Please also do not store your 3d printed items in your car or in direct sunlight as they will warp. To help us keep our prices low, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Refunds & exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for all exchange questions.
If your jewelry piece does not fit for any reason, please contact us and we will discuss how we can adjust it to the correct size. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
