WITHIN 1-3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT CONFIRMATION


HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

For ALL holiday orders, we will do our very best to ship your package the next business day after receiving the order as long as it is a ready-to-ship item. See specific listings for any additional time needed to make the item. If you need the items sooner than Priority shipping allows, please contact us immediately and we will try to arrange a delivery/pick-up or Priority Express shipping.

We are not responsible for bad weather, alien incursions, political coups, pandemics, zombie attacks, or other issues that may cause delays in shipping.


UNITED STATES SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • USPS First Class for small items such as jewelry, battle bags, and dice. 2-5 days delivery once we ship your package.

  • USPS or UPS Ground for all items over 16 oz such as dice trays, journals, or packages with multiple items. 3-7 days delivery once we ship your package

  • USPS Priority for any size item. 2-3 days shipping once we ship your package.

  • We ship to Alaska and Hawaii too! It’s a few dollars and a few days extra but our items are worth the wait!

  • Should you place an order the same weekend we are at a show, please allow a day or to extra for us to recharge our superhero shipping strength.

  • All packages come with tracking and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the information once the package is posted through the USPS.

  • All orders over $200 will include insurance at no extra cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • All international orders will be shipped US Postal Service First Class International, unless otherwise arranged via an alternate courier. This often takes from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on your Country.  

  • Please allow for appropriate time if you are purchasing a gift as customs sometimes takes longer than expected.  Please understand that this is one thing we do not have control over. 

  • We do not cover customs charges so check with your local customs office for average fees prior to purchasing.

  • Sadly, tracking information is not provided for International packages as the Post does not offer this service.

USPS TRACKING CODES AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

USPS tracking codes are great... until your package leaves the USA. Then they only show the first city where they arrived in your country. After that, we don't typically see further updates until your package arrives.  We wish there were a better way to track them, but that’s all we can manage with the USPS currently.

OUR INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS:

CANADA: ​Shipping takes about 2-3 weeks. Some customers have reported they had to pay CA tax at the post office, and others say their dice arrived without any tax. Please prepare to pay fees, just in case.

OTHER COUNTRIES: Our longest ship times have been to Ireland, New Zealand, and Norway at about 21-30 days. Most other countries the ship times vary between 4-10 days to receive but of course this varies based on current world conditions. Please be prepared to pay VAT or other import fees.

PACKAGING: We are very conscious about packaging and try to use recycled materials when available. Your accessories will be wrapped in tissue, cushion wrap, or other appropriate protective material. Your jewelry will arrive minimally but beautifully wrapped in a box and ribbon, suitable for gift-giving.  If you are gifting this item and would like additional event-specific packaging, please let us know at checkout and we will be happy to accommodate you. 

RECEIPTS: If you are like us, we hate extra papers and unnecessary materials in your orders.  In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include a paper invoice with your order.  If you would like an invoice, please let us know during checkout and we will e-mail you a copy.  Forgot to ask at checkout? Send us an e-mail within 30 days of ordering and we will be happy to send you one.

CORRECT ADDRESS: Please make sure we have the correct mailing address.  If it is returned to us due to an incorrect address you have provided, you will be responsible for the additional reshipping postage.  If it is our mistake, we will immediately reship to you at a minimum of Priority-level shipping.
